Civitans were treated to
not one,
but TWO GREAT SPEAKERS!

Bob Hyde (left), Vice
President/Community Relations for the Titansand Mike Servais (right),
Executive Director of
Marketing and Development for
Salvation Army Nashville Command shared the podium and lots of spirited
stories about
their respective organizations!
Mike spoke about his own family's history and commitment to the Salvation
Army. He firmly believes that "a little victory can go a long way in
any life" and works tirelessly to provide opportunities for those victories
through the Salvation Army's many programs. Bob spoke about the many
community connections and partnerships that
he is honored to facilitate
through his work for and with the Titans. He also encouraged members
to support 10 statewide charitable organizations and the Tennessee Arts
Commission by purchasing a Titan's license plate. Both men were
especially pleased by their organizations' joint efforts to "Bring Fun to
Families." And YES, DEFINITELY, our club will continue its many year
tradition of ringing bells this December for the Salvation Army!

the membership to our revised website.
(But I think she's really smiling because she was
able to share her Call Me, Maybe video
with a captive audience... you kind of had to be
there...)
